Taro Vegetarian Spring Rolls


  • 200 g taro
  • 100 g carrots
  • 50 g grated coconut
  • 100 g vermicelli
  • 4 Tofu Covers

  1. Taro, carrot peeled and grated. The vermicelli is soaked in warm water for 5-7 minutes until it blooms, then wash it and cut it short. Wash coriander, cut into small pieces.
  2. Add all the prepared ingredients together with grated coconut, tofu and seasoning: 2/3 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning, 1/3 teaspoon of salt, 1 pinch of ground pepper, coriander. Mix well to infuse the ingredients evenly.
  3. Roll spring rolls: spread spring rolls on a flat surface, put a sufficient amount of filling and roll them tightly and evenly. Repeat until all prepared fillings are completed.
  4. Prepare a pan with hot oil, fry spring rolls until golden brown. When frying, pay attention to flip the spring rolls so that the spring rolls are evenly golden, the spring rolls have a certain hardness, are round and not pressed.
  5. Make spring rolls sauce: juice of 1 lemon + 1 teaspoon of fine salt + 1 teaspoon of sugar + 1 teaspoon of soy sauce + 1 little pepper + 1 finely chopped coriander.
  6. Arrange spring rolls on a plate and decorate the plate more beautiful and invite the whole family to enjoy.
