Ingredients:

  • Fresh Shrimp: 300 Gr
  • Green onions: 5 Gr
  • Ginger: 5 Gr
  • Soy sauce: 3 Gr
  • White wine: 5 Gr
  • White Sugar: 3 Gr
  • Salt: 1 Gr

Instructions:

  1. Wash shrimp, trim beard neatly. Use a knife to cut along the back of the shrimp and remove the black thread. Wash the green onions, cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel the ginger and slice thinly.
  2. Heat a pan, add a little oil and coat the pan evenly. When the oil is hot, add the shrimp, stir until the shrimp turn orange, then add 1g salt, 3g sugar, 3g soy sauce, 5g white wine. Stir until the shrimp turns a beautiful red-orange color, the shell is burnt and crispy. Taste to see if the sautéed shrimp is just right and add more seasoning if needed.
