- 1 pound pork loin, sliced thinly
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, and black pepper until well combined.
- Place sliced pork loin in a ziplock bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove pork from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the pork slices for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and slightly charred.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides, such as rice and vegetables.
