Recipe for Delicious Grilled Pork

Grilled pork


  • 1 pound pork loin, sliced thinly
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Place sliced pork loin in a ziplock bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove pork from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  4. Grill the pork slices for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and slightly charred.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite sides, such as rice and vegetables.
